• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• During sales, festivals, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

  1. SHIPPING COVERAGE

• We currently ship across India.
• Delivery availability depends on serviceable pin codes and courier partner coverage.

  1. DELIVERY TIMELINE

Estimated delivery timelines:

• Metro Cities: 3–5 Business Days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 Business Days
• Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

  1. SHIPPING CHARGES

• Free Shipping may be offered on selected orders, promotions, or minimum purchase values.
• Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.

  1. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

• Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and serviceable pin codes.
• Sukoon by Azlan reserves the right to restrict COD services on selected locations or orders.
• Additional verification may be required before processing COD orders.

  1. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped:

• You will receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
• Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.

  1. DELIVERY DELAYS

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Natural disasters
• Political disruptions
• Courier partner delays
• Incorrect address information provided by customers

Sukoon by Azlan shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

  1. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If a delivery attempt fails because:

• The customer is unavailable
• The address is incorrect or incomplete
• The customer refuses delivery

our courier partner may make additional delivery attempts. If the order is returned to us, re-shipping charges may apply.

  1. ADDRESS CHANGES

Address modifications can only be requested before the order is shipped.

Once dispatched, we cannot guarantee address changes.

  1. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Share clear photos/videos of the package and product.
• Our team will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

  1. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, Sukoon by Azlan ships only within India.

International shipping services may be introduced in the future.
