At Sukoon by Azlan, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
  • The product should not show any signs of use, damage, or alteration.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received.
  • Incorrect product received.
  • Manufacturing defect in the product.

To process a return request:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Share your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
  • An unboxing video may be required for verification.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Refunds for COD orders will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or special promotional offers.
  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products without original tags or packaging.
  • Requests raised after 7 days of delivery.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
